Las Tres Granadas

The top of flamenco from Granada, meets the great musicians of Jewish-Arab Andalusian music. In a deep fusion of cultures between the flamenco styles of Granada, and the Jewish Arab Gharnati Andalusian music that originate from the same city.

Granada is one of the most beautiful cities of Spain, and the place where the kingdom of Al-Andalus existed for the longest time. Despite the expulsion of Jews and Muslims from the city, Granada and its palace, the Alhambra, stands bearing witness to their cultural presence. Alongside physical remains, Grandian flamenco, with its unique styles, carries many remnants, in music and lyrics, of these ancient Muslim and Jewish cultures.

Las Tres Granadas, the Three Granadas, is a show exploring the connection between these cultures by fusing the flamenco styles of Granada, and the Jewish Arab Gharnati Andalusian music that originate from the same city.

On the stage, the top dancer of Granadian flamenco, La Moneta, meets dancer Yarden Amir, and guitarist and oud player Ofer Ronen, backed by a group of some of the top Spanish flamenco musicians, and international acclaimed musicians of Jewish-Arab Andalusian music. Together they create a unique experience, one that embraces the audience and invite him to elevate into upper worlds.
